You Forgive!

Out of the depths I cry to you, Lord; Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy.

If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand? But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you.

I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope. I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.

Psalm 130:1-6 NIV

Lord God of Heaven,

In humble adoration, we come before Your Throne of mercy through Jesus Christ, Your only begotten Son. You have given us power through His blood and forgiveness of our sins. Thank You for this precious gift of grace by which we are sustained. Thank You for preparing us to be and live in Your presence for there is no other way to Your Kingdom. Make us whole and able to serve You as we wait for You to fulfill every promise You have made. Hear our cries for help to do Your will.

In the blessed name of Jesus, we pray.

Amen.
