Lord, through all the generations you have been our home! Before the mountains were born, before you gave birth to the earth and the world, from beginning to end, you are God.

Seventy years are given to us! Some even live to eighty. But even the best years are filled with pain and trouble; soon they disappear, and we fly away. Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom.

Psalm 90:1-2, 10, 12 New Living Translation (NLT)

Sacred and Sovereign God,

Your majesty reigns! You are the Most High God and Creator of all that is. Through Jesus Christ, I come before Your Throne of mercy to receive Your grace. Walk with me through this world as I move forward to live eternal in Your Kingdom. You are my help and my hope and I worship You in Spirit and truth. I thank You for my life, both now and the everlasting life Christ died on the Cross to give me to live with You.

In His Precious Name I pray,

Amen.

I call on you, my God, for you will answer me; turn your ear to me and hear my prayer. Psalm 17:6 NIV
